We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. Custom bracelets and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label.
When will my order ship? How can I track it?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order 24/7 through the carrier's website or by logging into your account.
When will I receive a response after contacting you?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). For urgent matters, please include 'URGENT' in your subject line and we will prioritize your request. Our customer care team is available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

How do I cleanse my crystal bracelet?
Cleanse your bracelet monthly using moonlight, a selenite plate, or smoke from palo santo. Avoid salt water and prolonged sunlight, which can damage many crystals and the elastic cord.
