Each SINRORA crystal is hand-selected with care, and your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your crystal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
Custom and personalized items, including custom-sourced crystals and customized bead bracelets, are final sale unless defective.
